Tikka Masala Pasta
Ingredients
- 20 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 0.5 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 large bunch cilantro finely chopped
- 2 cups pasta water reserved
- 1/3 cup Fried onions
- 3 tsp paneer Tikka masala powder
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
- 1.5 cup parmesan Cheese
- 5 tbsp heavy Cream
- 1 lb cooked pasta
- 12 oz marinara sauce
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- While your pasta is boiling...Over medium heat, add olive oil and then add ginger and garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes, don’t over cook
- Add fried onions and Tikka masala powder and cinnamon and add in cilantro and saute for another minute or two.
- Add marinara sauce and combine well then add pasta water, cooked pasta, parmesan cheese and cream
- Mix everything well and top with additional fried onions and garlic oil and red pepper flakes
