Tikka Masala Pasta

Garlic Ginger Cilantro Pasta Water Onions Tikka Masala Powder Cinnamon Parmesan Cheese Heavy Cream Cooked Pasta Marinara Sauce Olive Oil

Tikka Masala Pasta

Ingredients

  • 20 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 large bunch cilantro finely chopped
  • 2 cups pasta water reserved
  • 1/3 cup Fried onions
  • 3 tsp paneer Tikka masala powder
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1.5 cup parmesan Cheese
  • 5 tbsp heavy Cream
  • 1 lb cooked pasta
  • 12 oz marinara sauce
  • 2.5 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. While your pasta is boiling...Over medium heat, add olive oil and then add ginger and garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes, don’t over cook
  2. Add fried onions and Tikka masala powder and cinnamon and add in cilantro and saute for another minute or two.
  3. Add marinara sauce and combine well then add pasta water, cooked pasta, parmesan cheese and cream
  4. Mix everything well and top with additional fried onions and garlic oil and red pepper flakes
