Smokey Eye

Ingredients

• 1oz Martel Blue Swift
• 1oz Lagavulin 8 yr
• .25oz burnt sugar syrup
• 4 dashes aganstora bitters
• wedge of orange to stir
• big block ice

Instructions

1. put block ice in drinking cup to chill
2. put another block ice in a stirring glass
3. put a chunk of orange into stirring glass
4. add 4 dashes of bitters and burnt sugar into stirring glass
5. add cognac and scotch
6. stir for 5-10 seconds to chill drink
7. strain into drinking glass
8. cut a strip of orange to express oils around glass
