Negroni of the North

Ingredients

• 1 oz Driftless Glen Double Barrel Aged Gin (any slightly minty gin works — something with shiso is great)
• 1 oz Campari
• .75 oz Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
• .25 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
• Absinthe, for spritzing

Instructions

1. Combine the gin, Campari, and both vermouths in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until very cold.
3. Spritz a chilled glass with absinthe.
4. Strain into the glass and enjoy.
