Green Cabbage Baby Cucumbers Chives Green Onion

Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage
  • 3-4 baby cucumbers or one large
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1 bundle green onion/scallions

Instructions

  1. Wash and then chop all salad ingredients as small as you’d like and place in a big bowl
  2. Add all liquid salad dressing ingredients to a blender, then add the rest of the dressing ingredients to the same blender and blend until smooth
  3. Pour dressing over salad mix and enjoy with a chip! Take a pic and tag @bakedbymelissa enjoy! Salad stays delicious in the fridge for up to a week.
