Majed’s Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 cans of chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini (to taste)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Pulse garlic clove in food processor
- Empty water from chickpea cans, save water from one
- Add cans of chickpeas to food processor
- Add lemon juice, tahini and salt to food processor
- Add chickpea water while blending til desired consistency, about 1/2 cup
- Plating: Scoop onto a plate
- Add olive oil, paprika and salt as garnish
