Majed’s Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 cans of chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini (to taste)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pulse garlic clove in food processor
  2. Empty water from chickpea cans, save water from one
  3. Add cans of chickpeas to food processor
  4. Add lemon juice, tahini and salt to food processor
  5. Add chickpea water while blending til desired consistency, about 1/2 cup
  6. Plating: Scoop onto a plate
  7. Add olive oil, paprika and salt as garnish
